Dr. Blair was born and raised in Ossian, Indiana, a community near Fort Wayne. He completed his undergraduate degree at Purdue University in West Lafayette, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. From there, he attended the Indiana University School of Dentistry, where he earned his doctorate of Dental Science. He enjoys taking continuing education classes and is always looking for opportunities to advance his clinical skills so that he can better serve his patients.

In his free time, Dr. Blair loves spending time with family and friends. He and his wife, Sara, have two daughters who keep them very busy! He also has a passion for health and wellness and loves working out.

Dr. Xie grew up in Lawrence, Kansas, with her heart firmly rooted in the Midwest. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. She then continued her education at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

Thrilled to make Fort Wayne her new home, Dr. Xie looks forward to contributing to the oral health and overall well-being of the community. Dedicated to serving her patients, she constantly seeks opportunities to advance her clinical skills through continuing education courses. Her commitment to making a positive impact on her patients’ lives drives her passion for creating a compassionate environment, ensuring they feel seen and valued throughout their dental journey. As a member of the American Dental Association, Dr. Xie stays connected with the latest advancements in dentistry and upholds the highest standards of patient care.

In her free time, Dr. Xie enjoys improving her golf game, trying out new recipes, and exploring fun places around Fort Wayne.

Dr. Prouty is originally from Illinois, and grew up with a passion for health, wellness and education. In fact, he pursued an undergraduate degree in physical education and health and taught high school for several years in the Chicago Public School system before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Indiana University. Dr. Prouty strives to build long-lasting relationships with his patients and is committed to staying up to date on the latest technology and advancements in the field in order to provide them with the highest standard of care.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports, staying active and spending time with his wife, Chelsea, and their four young children.

Dr. Bauermeister was born and raised in Ossian, Indiana, and is proud to once again call northeast Indiana home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Psychology, from Purdue University Fort Wayne, before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Indiana University School of Dentistry. As an active member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, she is dedicated to continuing education to ensure her patients benefit from the latest advancements in dental care.

With a warm and welcoming approach, Dr. Bauermeister values building genuine, trusting relationships with her patients. She takes the time to understand each person’s unique needs, prioritizing comfort and communication at every visit. Her goal is to provide exceptional dental care and help patients achieve healthy smiles.

After practicing in South Carolina for the past decade, Dr. Bauermeister is excited to return to the Fort Wayne community she has always considered home. When she’s not caring for patients, she enjoys reading, cooking, and living an active lifestyle.
